"I've never went into this thinking it's a dead year for me," Pollock told AZCentral.com on Tuesday. "I feel really good. I feel like everything is where it's supposed to be. It feels really strong. I can't remember one time I felt any discomfort. Mentally I don't even worry about it." It’s uncertain how long he would need from that point to be ready to play again, but Pollock said he already has a return date in mind (before July is over).
Folks, Pollock was the #3 fantasy player last year. Run, don't walk, to pick him up this weekend. Forget about a $5 bid. To acquire a consensus 1st round pick from earlier this year, and use him for 2+ months is BEAST MODE. Triple digits likely gets him on Sunday; however I can't say that with certainty. With all of the "hype" minor league players (Urias, Berrios, Turner, etc) burning their fantasy owners, Pollock IS a PROVEN fantasy GOLDMINE.
