Alex Bregman

Post by Edwards Kings » Sun Jul 24, 2016 6:10 pm

The Astros announced that they will call up top prospect Alex Bregman prior to Monday's game versus the Yankees.
Finally, after weeks (months, really) of speculation, Bregman is set to make his major league debut. Astros manager A.J. Hinch admitted that he's not sure yet where Bregman will play but the former first-rounder has seen time at shortstop, third base and left field in the minors this season. Rest assured, he'll play regularly wherever it may be. Bregman has batted .306/.406/.580 with 20 homers and seven steals between Double- and Triple-A this season and needs to be picked up in any fantasy leagues where he's still available.

Monday...MONDAY! Ahhhh....c'mon! Surely you can't be serious!

Bregman won't be alone.
David Dahl to be called up tomorrow.
It hasn't happened officially because rotoworld doesn't know. :D
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!

"The Rockies announced Sunday that top prospect David Dahl will be recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday.
The club gets the benefit of having a designated hitter for their series in Baltimore to begin the week, so they'll take a look at the sweet-swinging outfielder. With Carlos Gonzalez and Charlie Blackmon on the trade block, Dahl could be up with the big league club to stay. The 22-year-old is hitting .314/.394/.569 with 18 homers, 61 RBI and 17 stolen bases in 92 games between Double-A Hartford and Triple-A Albuquerque this season. He's immediately an interesting commodity in all mixed leagues."

Well now it is official!

Those teams with 300+ FA bucks left are revving up those engines...Yeah baby!
