I know everyone is getting ready for the start of the 2018 NFBC season. Drafts will be starting soon for 2018, but before we can get those rolling we have to get everyone set up on the new Registration page.
So let's do that now and get everyone ready to roll when Registration goes live. Remember, much of this new signup process is due to the DFS state laws that say if you are going to be licensed in those states you must now have age verification software and location verification software installed on your site. In other words, this software will now verify that you are at least 18 years old and that you reside in a non-exempt state. This is not the NFBC or SportsHub making this more complicated for everyone, it is the new DFS laws that are designed to protect the states and to provide consumer protection.
So let's work through this all together and make it seamless. Here's the details:
If you are already playing in the NFFC in 2017, you have passed through the age verifier and location verifier software. You are good to go. Just use your login information for the playnffc.com site and you will have no problem logging onto the new playnfbc.com site and Registering for 2018 contests. All of your teams for the NFFC and NFBC will appear in one spot.
If you already play on Fanball for football, again you are good to go.
If you are a past NFBC player who hasn't yet registered on the SportsHub site for football 2017 or Fanball 2017, then we will need you to log in at playnfbc.com in a new way. Here's how to do it:
On the first page in the upper right hand corner you will see a green button that says Register/Login. The one difference on the new site is that you’ll be required to log in to the NFBC using your email address of record (instead of your login) and your existing password. For your information, your email of record is the email address where you receive all of your updates.
So in my case, my new NFBC login will be:
Email: [email protected]
Password: BREWERSWIN (not really, but you understand)
Once I'm Registered I can now sign up for any product. Enter all of your personal information again and when you Submit the location and age verifier will verify the facts. There are times where it will match your location with the known address on last year's tax return. If you have recently moved it may red flag that and ask for more information. It may ask for the last four digits of your social security number. If you still have troubles contact me at [email protected], but it should be simple and easy. But again, we are here to help and once you get through Registration, the system will remember you going forward.
Now some people are long-time CDM and NFBC players. Those accounts have been combined into one. If your password doesn't work from the NFBC, then try your CDM password.
We allow you to pay by credit card for all offerings and by check for several contests. You will also notice that we allow you to Pay With Money On Account. We allowed NFBC winners to keep some of their winnings On Account and some of you did that. We'll also be paying over $3 million in football winnings over the next two months and owners can keep some of that money on account as well. So once you do that and let's say you want to pay for a $150 Draft Champions League, just click that button and the computer will deduct this payment from your Account. It's very fast and easy.
We will get past NFBC teams on your SportsHub account in time, but that is going to be a long and arduous process. We just recently received all of the data from STATS on the 2017 season and we'll eventually start with that backlog of teams for everyone, but grab any data you want from past teams now before we leave the STATS site. It should be available through football and maybe even longer, but just realize that downloading all of those past teams won't be the first item we get done on the new site. It's going to take time to get all of those past teams onto your new My Teams page.
Again, once you are Registered for the new NFBC site everything will be the same as it always has been and better. You will have a My Teams page, you'll easily be able to Register for new contests, you'll be able to draft in our new draft room, you will have more Mobile access to draft and run your teams, and you'll like our new FAAB process and Search options. There's a lot to like here.
And again, this login is the one you'll have for NFBC, NFFC, NFBKC, CDM, Fanball and more. Legally you can't have more than one login with a fantasy pay-to-play company, so we have combined all of your accounts into one login and that will give you access to all of our offerings. This login will give you access to everything we offer. And SportsHub offers a wide variety of products and services, including season-long fantasy games (NFFC/NFBC/NFBKC, CDM Sports, LeagueSafe), daily fantasy sports (Fanball), sim games (What If Sports) and free content (also on the Fanball site). Your NFBC account will soon give you instant access to all of these products and features within the SportsHub universe at one spot. They are now all available to you.
If you have any issues at all, feel free to email [email protected] or me at [email protected] or Tom Kessenich at [email protected].
One login. Plenty of game offerings with more to come. Everything in one spot.
Thanks everyone. Let's get through the Registration process smoothly and start drafting. Are you ready for some baseball?

Will the location verification constantly exclude anyone from accessing their team when they are in a restricted state, IE Draftkings?
Example=Usually when I have some leave time I visit friends and my sister in New Orleans, Louisiana. I learned the hard way earlier this year I could not set anything on my Draftkings Lineups. I set up football Lineups on a Tuesday here in San Jose, CA, then that weekend I was in the French Quarter in New Orleans. Had some players listed as inactive on my lineups but could not change anything......Saddest Sunday of my life watching my lineups implode, so sad had to cut my merrymaking short(obvious lie)
Will it be the same here?

If we have already claimed our 2017 prize money, is there anything else we need to do since playnfbc.com directs me to the same location where I had to claim my winnings?
Do you know if we will be able to use PayPal or something similar ie electronic for deposits into our accounts?

Didn't see any green button. Put in my email and password but nothing comes up about NFBC, just four other
categories. Nothing came up regarding putting in personal information or age/location. Am I early?

The NFBC site is not live yet. Give us a little more time to go live. Thanks.devilznj wrote:Didn't see any green button. Put in my email and password but nothing comes up about NFBC, just four other
