Not sure if this happens in all possible cases, but if an owner has a late night pick such that his pick could go past the 2am freeze point, the timer display is wrong... even if the process is still working regardless.
Specific example:
We are in round 44 of a 4 hr DC league, so the time limit to pick is 2 hours. Owner A picks at 12:11:25am. Owner B has until 8:11:25am to make a pick.
But what is being displayed is owner B has 11:25 minutes/seconds to pick (and counting down to zero), and when you refresh the page it goes back to 11:25 (and counts down to zero) until 2am. At 2am the timer stops and if you refresh it is now frozen at 11:25 - as it should be.
Like in all other cases throughout the day, shouldn’t the timer display count down from 2 hours?

We are aware of this...the timer does actually give the correct amount of time, but I've seen what you are describing in isolated instances. We're gonna see what is up.
