First Pitch Arizona
Considering going this year. I suspect I will enjoy it much. Who else is going?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Wayne, you'll love every second of it. I'll be out there and we'll actually host five NFBC drafts that weekend. There are lots of NFBC folks out there including Dave Potts, Vlad Sedler, Jeff Erickson, Justin Mason and the list goes on and on. Many of the panels include NFBC talk or the current ADPs and more. The camaraderie is off the charts and the panels are extremely good.Edwards Kings wrote: ↑Thu Sep 11, 2025 11:18 amConsidering going this year. I suspect I will enjoy it much. Who else is going?
Then you can walk right next door to some AFL games at Sloan Stadium and the Home Run Derby is next door, as is the Sunday Rising Stars Game. It's a fantastic way to kick off the baseball season and I'd highly recommend it for any of our NFBC players.
Hope to see you there in the Valley of the Sun!!!

Wayne, as Greg said, it’s a really fun trip combining baseball and fantasy baseball. (What more does one need?Edwards Kings wrote: ↑Thu Sep 11, 2025 11:18 amConsidering going this year. I suspect I will enjoy it much. Who else is going?
