Why was Adam Jones added to the free agent list in my league. He was not drafted and has not been called up as of yet. Did STATS jump the gun?

I had him as a wish list check mark and normally look at the players without AB's for those just brought up. I placed a bid when I saw him. Great reason to drop Pie. I, however, didn't research if the Pilots had brought him up as I had read that he was going to be called up Thursday and Ibanez was moving to DH (Vidro losing time).

Someone also said that Joey Votto was added in a few leagues, so I'll try to clear this up with STATS and make sure nothing happened over the Allstar Break. If Jones wasn't drafted in your league and isn't on an MLB roster, obviously he shouldn't be in your free agent pool and we'll take him out now.

Okay, we're on this. Some of those guys are showing up today because STATS is loading the mid-season leagues. Those guys will disappear shortly and so will any bids that were made on them.

Yeah, he was undrafted in my league and showed up in the FA pool. I had a waiver bid in for him. I then deleted it to change the player I wanted to drop, and Jones is no longer available to pick up.

That's fine. I know the rules.
