if he is in LA, I don't think he is 1st pick. If he is a cubbie, different story. Personally I thought Soriano was going to be a monster in chicago but maybe this is the year?

As a Dodger fan I am torn because he has never been on a championship team, but how much of that is actually his fault? He isn't very clutch in the postseason, but he is a monster and we need a big bat! I did like what someone else said about deal Kemp and a top pitching prospect to get Johan to anchor the staff along with Penny and Lowe and Billingsley. ARod is a big bat, but he would still be the only pop, unless Loney continues to develop his power stroke. Being a Dodger fan though, they will probably sign a Lowell and Andruw instead just to **** me off!

Birmingham Barons.
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

I do. The Marlins need new ownership. At least they 2 titles in short period of time.
