Greg, previously on these message boards you had stated a rule change on the exact procedure that would be followed if an owner failed to draft a complete roster. Two questions:
(1) Have the rules on the homepage been updated to reflect this change?
(2) Will the same rule apply to satellite leagues? MDC's positions are not 100% in agreement with your lists. For example, Jeff Clement is listed as a Catcher on MDC, whereas he is listed on the Utility list on these message boards. If an owner drafts Clement as their second catcher, I assume their 30th round pick will be waived and replaced with Chad Moeller nfbcboards.stats.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=000676

I'll make sure this is added to rules for the satellites as well. Thanks for the heads up.

Illegal Lineup After 30 Rounds
This is being added to the NFBC Rules, NFBC Ultimate Rules, NFBC Super Rules and NFBC Satellite League rules now.
If an NFBC participant inadvertently leaves the draft with an illegal lineup (for instance, was without a middle infielder or second catcher) then the NFBC will drop the last pick made by that team (or more picks if needed) and add the last player at that position on Fantasy Sports Magazine's final Cheat Sheet on Draft Day to make that lineup legal. The NFBC participant can replace that player after that error was discovered during the first FAAB period. All lineups must be legal before the season starts and the NFBC will correct all errors that may have been missed at the draft.

For the record, the owner requested that the Clement pick be switched to Gerald Laird after the draft ended. He did indeed time out, so the change will be made on the results sent to Stats.
