Can you explain why you differ with Ron Shandler on projections? I know it has to do with SGP. But could you explain it for us laymen? Two things...

1) SGP is a valuation process, not projection process, that is, SGP is the means to convert a projection to a dollar value

2) BBHQ now uses a valuation system different than SGP that is close to what I use.

That said..

The majority of differences in projections between sources are playing time, not skills. So for those that like to average different sources, check out the AB or IP. The rate of production could be similar. Don't average, go with the projection you feel has called the playing time better. Unless you don't know and want to thus average the playing time prediction as well.

Yeah, Happy Birthday Walla Walla. This is either 51 or 52 as I know you hit 5-0 on Draft Day in the past. Congrats. Every new birthday is a successful year. We'll have a drink together in Vegas.
