$125 auction leagues?

Post by graybros » Mon Feb 02, 2009 5:09 pm

any thought to getting some 125 auction leagues going? I have never done an auction league and would think about getting into one at that price point for my first go at it.

ps. just picked up the mag today. loving the layout on the winners page! I look better than I realized...j/k

$125 auction leagues?

All of our winners look great. We're always happy to spotlight them and we'll have another two-page spread in our second issue.

As far as another satellite auction league we have no plans at this time to run any beyond the two we're offering. Unfortunately, running satellite auctions online is a MUCH more difficult process than the standard drafts in terms of the technical aspect of ensuring the auction runs smoothly. We've had some major problems running them in the past so until a site can be developed which significantly reduces the problems crop up every time I don't think we'll be going beyond the two that we're offering for this year.

With FantasyAuctioneer.com being sold, has it been decided where/how the Auction Satellite drafts will be held? If not, what are the options.
