Very sad news Matt but I hope your Dad gets well soon. My father-in-law passed away the Thursday before the main event drafts but my family insisted I go forward with the draft since he was a big baseball fan too.

My father's surgery went well. He is doing good and Will be fine according to the doctors. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers.

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
