A couple weeks ago, I never thought I'd be saying this, but how long do we Milledge owners wait b4 cutting bait? He got destroyed by major league pitching (looked real bad at the plate) and is getting destroyed by AAA pitching. 2-17 with 4 K's.
Do we wait till the end of May and re-evaluate?

Do we wait till the end of May and re-evaluate? You have alot more issues with your squad then worrying about Lastings Milledge

I think he's a goner in the NFBCO leagues. NFBC he needs to stick 'til some sort of roster desperation sets in.

[/QUOTE]I picked up Fowler in 2 of 3 NFBCO's last weekend, with that kinda talent it's hard to sit on a lastings.

Tough call on Milledge. I ranked him highly this March, but someone beat me to him in each of my leagues. Milledge has ability, but his immaturity and work ethic are in serious question. The Nats are clearly sending a message to all their players through the demotion of Milledge. Will Milledge himself get that message and straighten himself out? If so, how long will it take for the message to sink in?

Johnson healthy (for now), Dunn, Kearns, Dukes, Willingham, Willie Harris about to come off the DL...not a lot of AB for Millege even if he does get his act together unless someone wants to take Kearns or Willingham off the Gnats hands.
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
