Greg: If we know CDM was told they wont get a license and filed suit against MLBAM, can you confirm whether you have been told something similar - or are you an excption.

I must admit, I adamantly support CDM on this issue and would hate to see Fantasy Baseball providers not be supportive of one another. I dont want to give MLBAM a dime at this point.

I figure your stance on this issue will be interesting considering how it effects the FSTA.
