Well, maybe you can blame Tom and I for that. But through the last six years, many NFBC owners may have originally signed up for an event, then forgotten their username and password and signed up later using a new log-in. Then some folks went to the NFFC site and logged in with different usernames and passwords and now with our basketball event we have even more log-ins for some veteran owners. In fact, we've found owners with as many as five different usernames and passwords.
That obviously is causing all kinds of problems for us now as we try to merge not only all of these accounts but the accounts of folks who also play in the FFOC, CDM and Fanball games. That is why some folks are able to see their MY TEAMS pages now and why a lot of folks aren't able to see their MY TEAMS pages.
So here's what we have to do: Please take the time in the next few days to try to log into the NFBC site. If you haven't done it already, just go to:
http://nfbc.fanball.com and log in.
Then go to HOME in the upper left hand corner of the green navigational bar and pull down to LEAGUE HOME. That's where your teams should reside.
If you just see a black screen there, then we have work to do on the back-end. What I want you to do is email Tom at [email protected] and let him know you can't see your MY TEAMS page. If you can give him your username and password for the NFBC site that would be helpful. Tom will then pass this info onto our IT guys and get your account centralized under this one username and password. Sound good?
So feel free to barrage us with emails and we'll get your accounts set up. We really want you to see the MY TEAMS pages and see what your past teams and future teams look like. If we have multiple signups this year because of issues we had when you first signed up, we need to clear that up too. So let us know all of that, okay? Thanks.
