Remembering Merlin Olsen. I grew up watching him and the fearsome foursome. The Ram's weren't great in those days. But Merlin was. He than did NFL games on TV for years. A Big man with a soft voice and a gentle heart. I know it's not baseball. But he was a great man!

One of the true nice guys.

He went on to play Charles Ingalls best friend, Jonathon Garvey, on 'Little House on the Prairie' as well.

He never seemed to get as much press as Deacon Jones during his playing days, but was every bit as good. A good man.
