Status on this? All Winning Bids are on your team pages under Waiver History. I was told Cuts would be under History today, but I haven't received them yet. I want these as badly as you do. I'll update as soon as I can. Sorry.

Greg and Team, thanks for all of your hard work this week to get everything caught up. I'm sure the finished product will be first rate.

One question - last year in the set lineup page it showed % start and % owned for our own players, will that or something similar be added in?

I was able to find some of my players % owned/started (I think in the player search for All under free agents) but I couldn't find all of my players, I think it was only listing starters.

Thanks again,
-Marta

Thanks again, So we have % owned and % started for free agents, right? But not on Set Lineup? If we had it last year we should be able to have it this year. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I'll make sure we get this on the list of things to do. Sorry I missed this request if anyone else posted it before.

Greg

Given all the paces you are putting Fanball through in pulling them up to the quality the NFBC expects, perhaps they should be paying you? After all, by the time you're done their product will be 1000 times better than it would have if you had chosen another vendor.

Jus' my contract negotiation side comin out ;)

Hey Greg, I just noticeed another glitch. I went to look at the free agents, sorted by All Hitters, then sorted by owned %. When I sorted by Owned % the pitchers came back into Hitters population.

Also, is there any way you can post a list of all known deficiencies that have been communicated to the IT staff, along with the priority and status of getting them working. It might save some posts from reoccurring. There are several lists in the threads below that show all of the fixes that are needed.

The player search feature needs to be fixed in the free agent list. I've heard that a players name won't autofill if he's not a free agent. Yes guys like arod, braun, etc autofill. Either make every player autofill or only free agents

I put CJ Wilson's name in the Player Search box and it brought up his player page. From there I could no tell if he was owned or not. I had to search the FA pool to determine he was already on a team. The autofill also came up undefined when I typed in "Wilson." Basically, the Player Search funtion is useless as currently set up.

For today, next week's lineups will be live after the Friday deadline is due, which is Noon ET today. We wanted to make sure we handle the Friday deadline correctly first. Make those changes NOW if you want them for the weekend games. Good luck all and then set next week's lineup if you'd like.

Greg,

Looking up Delmon Young's stats I noticed under fanball owners edge a mistake: .333 ba .308 obb for 2010.

Although this doesn't matter, is it possible live stats are not exact? Should I be checking my own stats to make sure everything is accurate or is the system running stats 100% accurately?

Just a question and not trying to be an alarmist.

thanks.

Wow, when guys are looking to be negative, they certainly can be. What proof do you have that Delmon Young's stats are incorrect? None. His stats are correct. Yes, it is possible to have a lower OBP than batting average. And he does have such a situation. To add fuel to the fire is a bad trait to have. Why not look at the positives? How do you look at your kids or nephews and nieces? Do you say only the bad things about them or do you say the good things?

Someone can look up how OBP is calculated and give us all a lesson, I just dont have the time to detail it right now. Just spread the good news and shut up with the bad news, especially if you do not know what you are talking about.

Richie,

You are out of your mind. I am not being negative at all. In fact, if anyone is being negative it is you. Perhaps you can read my previous posts and support throughout this entire process. Perhaps you don't know that I have called Greg personally to tell him to hang in there and what a great job he is doing under such duress. Perhaps I am mistaken and did not understand OBP and that it could be lower than BA.

Perhaps you have read to deeply into my question and post. I even ended with I am not trying to be an alarmist.

Thanks for being so negative, exactly what these boards need. I can honestly say if I am not back next year it has nothing to do with Greg, Tom or Geoff. It has to with the numerous idiots like yourself that do more harm than good.

It was only question and I will now look up how OBP and BA can be different. I am assuming this has to do with Delmon trying to leg out a hit and getting thrown out.

Greg, I can honestly say now I miss the old days of drafting next to Glenn Schroter and having a good time and a lot of laughs.

Welcome to hell.

Best of luck all.

So then if you have a negative comment, email it to Greg, dont post it. Why post a message that makes Greg and company look bad when the specific situation is not bad and then say you are not being an alarmist. If you dont want to be an alarmist, dont pull the alarm in the movie theatre

I was only responding to this one message and if you also do positive reinforcement, then kudos to you. I am sorry if I am only pointing out your one negative message ever but thats what I saw as soon as I got on the message board

I found the formula for OBP. Apparently I did not take into account sacrifice hits so disregard my BA vs OBP reference to Delmon Young.

OBP formula is:

H+BB+HBP/AB+BB+HBP+SF

Richie, I sincerely hope you don't have kids, nieces, or nephews. God help all of us if you do.

Sorry Greg. I’m about to add to this thread.

This thread was to only be used by Greg for updates. Posts that both praise and bash Greg/Fanball should be taken elsewhere.

Greg, use your administrative power and clear all unnecessary posts from this thread (including this one) and get this thread back to its original intent of information distribution.

I have a To Do List of 6 important things to be fixed TODAY. Those will all be done and hopefully a few more. I'm not going to list each until they are done, but I've said it many times this morning that today is the day. No more waiting. Let's get the features you expected done and display the stats you are earning as you expected. And I'll post here as soon as they are done.

Richie, I sincerely hope you don't have kids, nieces, or nephews. God help all of us if you do. Matt, all I can tell you is that the only league that has OBP rather than BA (Ron Shandler's XFL League) I of course have Delmon Young on my team!! I saw his OBP was lower than his BA yesterday and just shook my head, thinking I had seen everything in baseball. I guess not.

Actually, I thought ESPN had the mistake yesterday. I didn't realize you could have a lower OBP than BA either. See how much I know?

Thanks for all your support. We're all just on edge.
