Cruz looks like a first rounder! Kudos to my friends that were buying, namely BillyWaz and Marty!

Nolasko looks like last year's Nolasko. Tack another 3hr to his resume!

I definitely thought people were overvaluing Nolasco... I understand his peripherals are great, but sometimes pitchers just pitch better or worse than their underlying skills suggest... ie: Javy Vazquez and Nolasco - they have some good years and several not so good ones... Chris Young maintains very low BABIP... after doing it for like 3-4 years I think it stops being a "fluke"... and yeah, Nelson Cruz is for real, really wish I was able to get him in some NFBC leagues :(

Nolasco's xERA wasn't bad tonight. And the 25% HR/F is not sustainable.

TRANSLATION: The fact that Nolasco continues to suck in real life is killing our formulas. Hopefuly he quits baseball to become a priest with an excellent xConfessionGranting rate.

Yea, I liked Cruz a lot and got him on 2 big $$$ teams, but passed on him in the Main Event because I already had a supposed batting average drain in Howard. I wanted a power hitter who hit with a good average ad went with Kendry Morales. So far, that isn't working out too well. :(

Honestly, my biggest reason for liking Cruz was that I heard the Rangers wanted him running more this year. So far he hasn't even attempted a SB, but it is VERY early, and it is kinf of tough to steal bases when you are hitting so many doubles and HR's! ;)

I also liked Nolasco a lot but only got him in one league. Picking near the back in most leagues, the 5/6 was a but early, and he rarely slipped to the 7/8. I still think he is going to be solid. Again.....VERY early! :D
