Can you create a thread with the current punch list? Then when things are completed, put "Done" or something at the end of that item. Update the first post in the thread and, if possible, make it a thread limited to Fanball staff.
You did something similar with entries in all the events so why not the issues you are working on. And yes, I suspect the list is long but you can figure out what we are all looking for status on.
My guess is that the same things are being asked over and over and there is no way anyone can follow all the posts by the Fanball staff [Greg, Ryan, Tom, etc.].
