I think its a bad thing to limit what a owner can do.
If you force and higher innings limit or force and owner to start 2 RPs it could limit the ability to pick up points.what if the only way you can get back to the top pick up wins and ks.. well you should have the ability to start 9 SPs...
if you can only catch up with saves, era, and whip you should be able start as many RPs as you want. If you in this situation odds are your on the outside looking in, but it gives you hope that you can catch up.
You can say hey playing with 2 catchers is hard...should we play with one?
5 OFs are one to many its too hard...lets play with 4.
The point I'm trying to make is that we pay alot of mony to have a team in the NFBC, because of this we shouldnt be limited to what we can do or the stratigy we can use...Its not suposed to be easy.

Why can't we just make it that you have 4 SP spots and 1 RP spot and 4 Pitcher spots to do what you want with? Having 1 RP spot will not hurt anyone as many pitchers would have both RP and SP eligibility. Same could be said for some RP's qualifying for SP.
