Ryan,
Can you answer a question regarding the distribution of prize money for the 2010 NFBC?
Specifically, what's the bottomline here? If someone has their W9 on file with Fanball, when should they expect to RECEIVE their prize check? (choices are as follows):
A. 1st week of November
B. 2nd week of November
C. 3rd week of November
D. 4th week of November
E. After Thanksgiving - Could be nail in coffin
F. After Christmas - Don't plan on 2011 NFBC as there won't be enough returning customers to warrant a 100K prize
Thanks!
{Greg - I don't know if Ryan reads the MB anymore. If he doesn't please forward this question to him. Thanks}

On the Fanball site under the Prizes tab in My Account, there is a note that states all prizes are fulfilled 6-8 weeks after notification.
Doing the math, with a starting point of the first week of November which is when Greg stated the claim prizes tab will be available, I'd say we're probably looking at our checks arriving around the same time Santa does.
Mark, look at the positives. If I'm right about the tax debate in the Prize Payment Update thread, you'd just have to hope your check is one more week late to push your taxes to 2011.
All joking aside, Fanball payments were relatively quick for football last year. I think everything was paid within a month of season's end.
