552 Signups For Online Double Play

We now have 44 full Double Play Online leagues!!! AMAZING. Great job all.

The only available league now on the Registration page is the Thursday, March 31st at 9 am ET. I'm not sure if we can fill it or not, but it wouldn't surprise me if we did. If you need one last fix, this is the last possible option we have. Who wants to skip work with us and draft on Thursday morning?

We are more than happy to sit with 528 teams, but 540 sure does have a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

It's hard to believe, but somehow, someway we were able to reach our goal of 540 teams in the Online Double Play!! I COULDN'T BE PROUDER OF THAT ACCOMPLISHMENT!!! WOW.

To think that for six weeks in January and February you folks didn't even know if there would be an NFBC this year and then to see a sellout of the Online Championship less than six weeks after we acquired the NFBC from Liberty Sports Interactive is just amazing. I'm very happy with this accomplishment. We've had more than 120 signups in the last week alone to now finish with 45 full leagues.

And we're not done yet. We have THREE SPOTS LEFT for tomorrow's 9 am Online Championship. If we fill that one, we'll have the 780 teams we had projected for the Double Play. WOW. Great job all and thanks.

We have SOLD OUT every possible Online Double Play league we could create and we now have 552 teams for the Online DP and an additional 228 teams for the Live DP. The prize pool was based on 780 teams and amazingly we have finished at exactly 780 teams. Someone did a good job calculating the guaranteed prize pool.

I won't say who did it, but he must be SMAAAAAART!!

Nah, he just knew what would happen if we created solid games with solid payouts and with a solid draft software. Everything has come together this year for the NFBC and I'M PROUD AS HELL!! I really am. Good job all and now let the contests begin.

Just an incredible season. Thanks all and best of luck to all. I look forward to giving out $50,000 to the Online Double Play champion and another $20,000 to the Live Double Play champion. Good luck.

Congratulations Guys. When you think about where this contest was just two months ago, it's kind of amazing that you sold out everything you offered. You should be proud.
