Can we get an IT fix thread at the top?

I know there are numerous posts about enhancements and suggestions? Can we get a thread up top to track all of them? The lack of a free agent search is must have. There are numerous others but as I put in my moves right now I'm missing this feature. What others ones are being worked on? Thanks in advance
