Garza bites dust!

When will the madness end?

Matt Garza has been scratched from Sunday's start against the Red Sox due to elbow tightness

same team

Garza

V Mart

R Zimmerman

Holliday

Ike Davis

G Sizemore

BJ Upton (pretty minor but a scare)

I believe injuries usually even themselves out- should mean a healthy second half for me.

I believe injuries usually even themselves out- should mean a healthy second half for me. I have a couple teams like that also Kent. The one that's got me shaking my head right now though is my league leading Auction team who just this week lost to the DL......

D Wright

G. Sizemore

D. Lee

V. Padilla

J. Johnson

C. Maybin (not DL, but missed a couple games)

Throw in the fact that I'm still waiting on the returns of Furcal & Bailey and I don't think I'll be leading the league too much longer.
I am LUCKY enough to be in first too. Funny thing about that league is teams with other major injuries like Mauer and Hamilton are hanging tight too.

You mean even out by other teams getting injuries? Because there is no way to make up the lost stats originally projected.
No I just mean that unlike slumps, there is no overcoming time lost to injury. Maybe I read your post wrong, all you said was that you expect a healthy second half - you didn't really imply that the stats could be made up somehow.

Mr Pedroia take a seat next to Mr Davis and Mr Zimmerman.

I invested heavily in 8 offensive players. Thank you Justin Upton for staying healthy.

You can't complain about V Mart. A short stint on the DL, his numbers are just fine.
