I didn't see the game, but after having given up two doubles, two singles, and a walk while recording only one out on a sac bunt, why did Quade leave him in to pitch to Pence? They had Wood and even Marshall (who is pretty decent against RH) who had only pitched one inning each in the last four days in the pen?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
