Paternity Leave

Post by Dawg » Wed Jun 08, 2011 10:32 am

The super secret edge for all fantasy baseball players going into next years draft is going to be who tracks down the guys who have wives that are pregnant. It's bad enough with all the players going on the DL let alone 2-3 missed games for paternity leave.

Side Note: I support allowing the players to take the leave of absence. I would have been crushed if I couldn't have been there for the birth of my son

Perhaps, the women having children of MLB players could take our fantasy baseball teams into consideration a little and schedule the births on an off day, followed by a home night game the next night. Dad will be there for the birth and be able to get to the park the next day all pumped up and ready to have a HUGE night in honor of his new born child and our fantasy baseball teams ;)
My response to people trying to change my baseball loyalties.
