Free Agent List Improvements

Post by Jackstraw » Mon Apr 04, 2005 3:11 am

Greg,

I suggested this last year, but I see it didn't take. Let me try it again and see what other people think.

Is it possible to have STATS place the news and DL logos next to players on the free agent list? It makes for a quick easy reference when we are looking for players to bid on. They already put the logos next to the players on our lineups; it doesn't seem like it would too difficult to add them to the players on the free agent list.

Thanks,

George

I'll forward the suggestion again. You are the second person this morning to suggest that.

Greg,

Where do you find the winning and second best bids for the free agents?

I won some bids which I see in Transaction History.

Thank you

Go to Transactions and then Waiver History.

Thanks, Greg...

While you're at it, do you think that they could set me up a link so that I can see what the other teams' bids are before 7:00 on Sundays?

Just kidding :D

I hate to sound mean, this is my first year in the league, but if Stats is doing all of this work, DL moves, player news. What is the owner doing? Shouldn't the owners do alittle bit of the work. I would never expect anyone else to do the researching of players for me.

Because honestly, I don't smoke those things! :D

Trust me, we stay busy. There's plenty to do and plenty of e-mails and phone calls to take. We earn our keep during the season as much as STATS does.

Greg, I was not talking about you and Tom. I was talking about the guy that wanted Stats to basically provide all of the information needed for transactions and not doing any of the research himself. I saw you pulling out your hair in Vegas
