Hanley Ramirez

I have to admit, Hanley kind of intrigues me this year. For the past several years, unless you had a top three pick, Hanley was not going to be an option for you. Now, coming off two down years and a shoulder surgery, he is not quite as popular. Still, he stole 20 bases in less than 90 games last year and he will be only 28 (unless he got his papers the same place Juan Carlos Oviedo go his) when the season starts.

New stadium and larger payroll bonus baby?
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.
