And in this photo, you now see where all the money goes that Jupinka wins...and thus why he's not allowed to come out to play with the rest of us. :P
Juprinka's looking for one for his wife too Mikey. It's why he's in so many leagues with you this year. ;)

Glenn, I wouldn't say two leagues this year is exactly "so many", but neither of those are going to be a cakewalk that's for sure. And nice draw for your Main Event league out in Vegas. ;) A hell of a lot better than Jupinka's that's for sure. :o

Mikey,
We will be drawing the live KDS spots around 6:15 p.m. (I have something special planned for this 8-) ), and should be down to drafting by 6:30 pm. at the latest. We will also be awarding the incredible league champion trophy to Marc Perlmutter and Neil Marantz prior to the draft as well. Should be another fun night with festivities in NYC to follow directly afterwards. :D

JUST ONE SHORT DAY TO GO BOYS BEFORE WE RECONVENE FOR THE MTM LIVE SUPER EVENT AND FESTIVITIES! Looking forward to seeing everyone there for what is sure to be another fun night of drafting and trash-talk. Remember, we have a late dinner reservation to follow immediately afterwards for all those who would like to partake. It's on me, and I'm sure it will be even more fun than last year. See you there, 6:00 pm sharp, with the live KDS draw at 6:15 pm. 8-)

It was really great seeing some of the old school New York drafters last night. Competition was as tough as it comes -- whoever wins this bad boy will certainly earn that beautiful trophy. Lots of owners that I have missed by drafting in Vegas the past few years, and it was terrific to butt heads with this group once again.

Thanks again to Mike for putting it together. Loved the baseball KDS, despite being the last name out of the sack. On the positive side, I got to enjoy MtM's unique commentary throughout the evening as we were seated next to each other. Good times, good times!

Good luck to all this season :)

Glenn - great to see you again as well. I must say though, I hope the weight is the only thing you lose!
It was great to get to see many of those return as well as have a couple of new comers to this league.
Chest - glad we finally got to meet - look forward to competing in this one.

Massotto does seem to have a unique commentary during the draft. I hadn't sat next to him before, but was able to pick that up last night.

There was one other thing I picked up on as well last night...

JUPINKA FEARS POOPY

Steve, just because Massotto is our host, doesn't mean you have to plan to spend all season hanging out with him...IN THE BASEMENT

Good luck all!

Truly a great time had by all. Look for my in depth review and commentary in my next installment of "Mouth Musings", #6: NYC Edition which will be up on the boards shortly. I may even be throwing in some bonus Vegas coverage which I didn't get to in the my last installment. Thanks to all 14 amazing owners and phenomenal guys who made it there live for the Second Annual New York Metropolitan MTM Super Event. 8-)

Congrats Mike on winning your own league! Funny how that works.....

Had a great time...super competitive league with the standings changing on a daily basis throughout the year.

Will definitely be back next year if invited.

That gives me 6 months to try and figure out how to draft a successful fantasy pitching staff...

Until next year -

Happy Recap

Congrats Mikey. Well deserved W over the best the East Coast had to offer. You were on your A game with this
entry all season. From the "pre-game" buildup till the season finale, you were a deserving Champ.
