Morneau had Lasik in the offseason...check the history on guys performance after they have Lasik...







In all seriousness I am the dude who drafted both Morneau and Holliday back to back....



The reasoning for Morneau is exactly as another poster suggested...wanted a rock 1b/3b and Longoria and Tex were both gone.



I think Holliday is also a rock, will he be exactly what he was last year, perhaps not, but IMO he was the pick I wanted right there...in a draft champions league I wanted to start off with very consistent dependable players.



I have been pleased as punch with the way the draft has gone, even punting saves because being on the turn I have missed both closer runs, on the other hand I have a very strong SP staff that should lock me down for Wins and Ks and keep me top 3rd in WHIP and ERA



Once the draft is over I'll be happy to share my roster if anyone wants to debate or comment...
