NFBC Prize Payment Update and Timeline

Not sure why people wouldn't be getting the emails but there have been some issues with that in the past both with STATS and with Fanball. Sometimes it has to do with the email server not accepting them and sometimes it's other issues but to the best of my knowledge we've been able to resolve them.

Again, though, if people are not receiving our NFBC (or NFFC) newsletters please email me at [email protected] and let me know which you aren't getting and I'll get you added to the list.

I would like to add that while it did say 2-4 weeks I claimed my prize on November 2nd and according to the site my check went out on November 4th, a pretty darn quick turnaround.

Wow, a 16 page thread on getting paid. I think Fanball is good for it. Wish my check was big enough to worry about getting right away. Four words come to mind for Fanball given the events of the past 9 months:

Seriously though, Tom, I just sent an e-mail to the 14 others participating in the first NFBC draft and three have responded with "no's" and no "yes's".

Maybe they just sent one to Gekko to appease him

I got the prize notification e-mail last evening. Of course, earlier in the day the site indicated the check had been sent on 11/5. I hope to see my check this coming week.
