That was kind of my idea, but we really need to reach out to the potential participants in both events through the years and see which weekend they plan on being with us live. We want this special event with all or as many folks with us as possible. So yes, let's try to plan somehow with staggered weekends in mind.

If this is an Invitational, when all is set will we actually get to sign up or will we have to be one of the lucky fifteen INVITED to participate? Either way you have my attention.

It's open to any and all. Invitational is just part of the name. As we learned today, names of events or party are open to criticism. :D

Yes, Kelly, drinks will be available and a whole lot more!!! And this will be done in a special location, not in the Flamingo boardroom. You'll like this setup, I promise you. Come with an empty tummy, a clear head and a better draft plan this year!! :D

KJ I Was thinking DR. Pepper as my drink of choice. I never drink, and have not since that day. I still feel sick from that day.

Thanks for the reply Greg and that is true the payouts for the Ultimate and Super for 3rd have been more money back. Kind of why I was wondering about this league. I am for the 4 payouts and may have to sell a few extra slurpees this weekend. LOL Time to look for some investors....

I'll sign up to $10,000 entry, 4 place payout. I'd prefer an auction, but I guess this league is snake draft, right?

Jim Stanard This is a draft league. If there is interest in a $10K NFBC Auction League and we can fill it in Las Vegas, we'll definitely run it with the same prize pool. Sound good?

Glenn We are going to set up the draft venue for this event in Las Vegas so exquisitely that you won't want to draft anywhere else. If you want to be part of this league and positively, absolutely can't make it to Las Vegas, we'll see what we can do. But I think most would agree that if we can get 15 live bodies for this draft in the suite we are looking at, EVERYONE will enjoy the experience more.

Make sense?

[/QUOTE]Already floated the Vegas idea to the little woman.....selling it as a "family" trip.... ;) .

We'll see if I can make it work. Whether I swing the Platinum or not, or swing Vegas or not, you can count on me being an active participant in your events come March.

Keep the great ideas coming,

Glenn

Greg- any chance at bidding on draft slots here. Lots of money on the line. I am more likely to enter if no luck is involved. Others feel the same? Childs can rob me if it means I get to bow at the altar of knowledge with him.

Not sure if you saw the video we did of the NFFC where we picked the draft slots and aligned them with KDS.

Let me know your thoughts as we could probably make that happen for all the high stake leagues.

I know we'd love to try it for the main event but it may take a while to shoot, cut and push live. I'll see what kind of work it would take internally.

That was awesome and the more you can do it the better. It does not address my question why not try bldding on draft slots in some or all of the higher stakes leagues?

Right now this is a KDS league, but if everyone wants BBDS we can make that work on the back-end of our commissioner product. So the answer is yes if everyone in this or any private league (individual league results only) are in favor of it.
