Greg,

Rather than opening the whole pool of players(A-AAA), why not just the 40 man rosters? Just a thought for next year...think it would be easier for all to manage.

Interesting idea Juan.



Side note: Apparently anybody on a team's 40 man roster and not just MLB roster is still exempt from HGH testing. This testing stuff continues to be the biggest farce since the NFL starting "testing". Testing my butt.

-Craig I don’t know this as fact, but my guess is the collective bargaining agreement between the players and MLB prohibits the commish from unilaterally implementing blood testing.

that is correct. rightly so btw. just because something might be the right thing to do (in someones opinion) does not mean you just walk in and take peoples rights away.
