Don't know why the sign up shows me in the NFBC Auction week 2; I will not be in Vegas week 2; I should be signed up for the 3 live events week 1 (Main, Auction, Double Play Live);

They figure by the time March rolls around, you'll be itching for another league to sign up for Big Jim. They are simply beating you to the punch.

We don't call you Every League Luny for nothing.

Now they have you set up for both the Auction and the Live Double Play at 4pm. Can't wait to see you pull that one off on March 18th. I just want to know which league your staying in, so that I can jump in as well! ;)

That's the way it worked out last year on that first weekend and I bet it works out that way again this year. I'm offering two times for the Live Double Play in case we get one league of each in the morning and the afternoon. I'll likely switch you to the morning Live Double Play once we know we can fill the afternoon Auction League. Be ready for both because we're going to fill both. Thanks man.

Thanks Greg, I never listen to Ken, he is always blowing smoke somewhere. :D :D

Please remember, since Tim McCarthy signed up this LIVE 3-pack we have to credit him;

I hope NFBC only charges one of us...

I just signed up for the live event 3 pack for the 2nd week in Vegas. I requested the Fri, 9AM auction and Fri, 4PM double play, but could you also pencil me in for the Fri, 4PM auction and Fri, 10AM double play? Thanks.

Greg

I've been looking for the list of Satellites available. Am I missing them, or are they not posted yet?

Just go to the home page at http://nfbc.fanball.com and go to the green navigational bar where it says CONTESTS. You'll see links for Top 3 $125 Satellite, $125 Satellite (that's a Winner Take All), $250 Satellite League, $500 Satellite League and $1,000 Satellite League. All of the prize grids, draft dates and more on each separate link. You can sign up for any of those leagues now. Good luck and thanks for asking.

While considering the Satellite options, the payment option for "CHECK" changes to Credit Card after you

select an entry fee amount and date. In considering

the $500/$1000 leagues I want to make sure that I'm not being charged via credit card at the time of registration. However, I'd like to protect a spot. Can anything be done about this or are the satellites a credit card only registration? Thanks.

Can anything be done about this or are the satellites a credit card only registration? Thanks. If you are in multiple live events and want to secure a spot in a satellite league and pay via check, just shoot me or Tom an email. But otherwise, yes the satellites and the Online Championships will be credit card only payments. We spent a lot of time last year chasing payments from people who signed up for the OCs and Satellites with check options and in fact we had to send a handful of owners to payment agencies. We chose not to go that route for the NFFC and we'll keep it cc only for these events in the NFBC as well.

But again, if you are in several other events and this is a needed option, contact us and we'll save your spot now and get payment before these drafts go live. Thanks.

Oh wait, I remember chasing money in private leagues in the past.

Okay, we had a nice New Year's weekend of signups that even included our favorite pig farmer from Idaho!! :D Lindy Hinkelman, who won $241,300 in 2009, is back in Las Vegas for the Main Event, Live Double Play, Auction Championship and Ultimate Auction League. Welcome back Lindy.

We now have 95 signups for the Main Event among all of the cities, a great start to the 2011 season. That means we have less than 300 guaranteed spots left!! :D Get 'em while they're hot!! Fantasy football is done and the fantasy baseball season is starting. Jump in with us. See ya in 2011.

I don't know if anyone has been watching, but signups have been coming in all weekend as folks have transitioned from football to baseball. The Registration for all of our events is still open and I'm adding them to the signup list as they come in. I like the current numbers. Heck, we even got a Main Event Online signup from Oslo, Norway!! :D Let the games begin.

Greg, all this baseball talk has me itching for March to get here already. Only a little more than two months until the first weekend events!

I'm already registered for the Atlantic City Main Event. Please put me down for the Live DP that night at 7PM.

Please also put me down for a 2nd Main Event and the Super the following Saturday in NYC.

Thanks Greg for putting on these events every season. It's become one of my favorite times of the year.

[/QUOTE]I will also be following Greg / Tom and the NFBC, however this thing shakes out. I will be involved in multiple events that I'm still undecided on. I've stated publicly which events I may or may not be involved in. Still waiting to see how the Ultimate / Supers fill out. I hope no one gets shaken out because of the current fanball circumstances. This is worth waiting for.

I just booked our trip to Vegas the second weekend in March.

Some great travel deals still out there...my wife and I got direct flights from Seattle and a stay at a five star hotel for under a grand....

Look forward to seeing you all there! Can't wait!

Hi Greg, I have signed up for the main in St Louis and intend to do likewise in Las Vegas as soon as things shake out. Baseball season would not be the same without you and Tom and the NFBC. Know that many of us will follow where ever you guys end up! I will have a cold Corona waiting for you in draft day.

Who else is going to find you when you're late for the draft other than me? :D Nah, seriously, it wouldn't be the same without you in Las Vegas. We'll get through this somehow and hook up in March for live drafts at the Bellagio. I can feel it in my old bones. ;)

And you know I'll take you up on your offer of the cold Corona in Las Vegas!! I can hardly wait to have one there. Thanks again.
