From a fantasy perspective, positionally does nothing for 2012, but for 2013, not only will ss lose Ramirez, but it could also lose Bonifacio. I guess it depends on which player fills in at SS, while Reyes nurses his hammy at some point. Overall I think it depletes SS for 2013, but leads to some added flexibility for 2012.

One would be optimisic about this move, but nobody is mentioning any concern over his off the field presence in Miami. Miami has a heavy Dominican population and Reyes likes to party. I believe that Miami will offer many off-field distractions for Reyes (more than NY). Matt Kemp should call him.
