Even if the Commissioner granted Pete Rose the right to be in the Hall of Fame, today's high-fallutin' writer's would not vote him in. It is a travesty. Judging a players character should not be in the mix...

Over the past two or three weeks, Jim Morrison and Billy the Kid were pardoned for their last criminal activity. I know this is politicians way of getting in the press, but c'mon, can we please forgive Joe Jackson (for nothing, in my opinion) and get him in the Hall of Fame?

Shawn, after reviewing the food items on your list. Do you think you could win the 100,000 by putting your first pitcher in your cart on isle 6?

I've thought about it, but I'm scarred the pan won't get hot enough.

Hellickson was not throwing well near the end of the season. Tired? Regardless, his innings will be limited.

In 2008 my 1st pitcher was M.Cain in the 6rd. My 2nd was Gallardo in the 8th. He missed basically the whole season. Just needed another break or two but my pitching was fine.

Folks assumed Hellickson would start anyway, one way or another. Garza gets a bigger jolt, especially being a Cub.
