SOLD OUT: Chicago Main Event League 2
Re: SOLD OUT: Chicago Auction Championship
From an outsider, my 3 favorite eateries "Downtown"...
Pizza...Pizano's on Madison St.
Seafood...Shaw's Crab House on Hubbard St. (best oysters I've ever had, and it's not even close)
Steak...Smith and Wollensky on N. State St.
These are all in close proximity to Michigan Ave and the Chicago River, downtown..

Re: SOLD OUT: Chicago Auction Championship
When the NFFC had the 3-City Challenge a few years ago, Lou's was the pizza everyone talked about as the best in Chicago. You can't go wrong there. Now that Jim is coming to the Windy City, it sounds like you have the perfect plan in place for Thursday and Friday-Saturday looks like a lot of fun as well. Good job on the planning!!Sack wrote:COZ:
Now that is what I was looking for, very nice! Equipped with photo's, bonus round.
I have Thursday to myself, so I think I'm going to give Lou Malnatti's a shot. Maybe a trip to
Hawthorne Race Course and then the BlackHawks. My son is booked for Saturday and I'm working on
Big Jimmy!
No trip to Chicago would be complete w/out seeing the Big Guy - Jack Haan! Hope Big Jack drops
In to help.

Re: SOLD OUT: Chicago Auction Championship
Bill Cleavenger - appreciate you taking the time to post your choices, I'll certainly look into them if it shakes out for me. Thanks.
Greg - both Kenny and Luny will miss the Auction. Both have Friday obligations, but they will be there for all
the fun on Saturday. Chip in at Midway and Mr Christie at O'Hare - I'm going to get a lesson on driving in the Windy
City.
Headhunters - thanks, won't see this Police Sgt springing for any $300 plates!

Re: 3 Spots Left In Chicago Main Event
We welcome Mike Diedrich back to Chicago for the NFBC Tripleheader as he added the Main Event and Primetime League to his weekend of fun in the Windy City. He was already in the Chicago Auction League, which is full, and now he's ready for more. We now have 27 owners in the Chicago Main Event and 13 for the Primetime. Mike is willing to push a second Primetime League in Chicago and hook up with another city if needed. I like it!!
Let's fill up this second Main Event league in Chicago and keep the momentum going in the Windy City. Great job everyone.
