NFBC Mid-Season Leagues Sign-up List

Does anyone know why Jose Reyes will fall off the mountain after the All Star break.....I do.

Because I have first selection in the Monday, $250. satellite league. Kiss him goodbye. This is a warning to those of you in other leagues thinking of taking Reyes. I have hired my own Doctor to take care of my fantasy teams.

I signed up for monday July 9th $250 league, but apparently it was already full. Could I please be moved to the Wednesday July 11th $250?

Elliott I got it Elliott but when I replied it bounced back again. Weird. But at least we have your correct one on file. I was mainly concerned that we wouldn't in order for you to get the information from Mock Draft Central.com. But I don't think that will be a problem here. I think you'll be all set.

Okay, we now have nine owners for the $1,000 mid-season league on Wednesday, July 11th. Do we have time to get to 12 or even 15 teams? Let me know if you have any interest as this would be a great league to fill. We're going forward no matter what, so get ready everyone.

We also have 12 for the $250 July 11th satellite league. Who wants to take the final three spots in that league??

We definitely want to play it out even with 10 or 12 teams, but obviously everyone would have to agree to the new prize structure, so we have some work to do yet. Scott Fleming needs to switch out of the $100 league on Monday, July 9th and instead wants to take the 15th spot in the $250 league on Wednesday, July 11th. I can do that if anyone wants Scott's spot. Don Mathis e-mailed yesterday to say he'd take it. If he responds today, it's his. But shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] if you have any interest in this.

Now we just need a few more $1,000 league signups for Wednesday and our week will be set!!

Okay, we're all set now for the two Monday drafts and the two Wednesday drafts as we filled the $250, July 11th draft. We still have room in the Wednesday $1,000 league and unfortunately it looks like the Don Mathis League won't fill. We'll try that again next year. We'll have some fun with the 6 leagues we have. I'm not able to see the sign up list. When i click on page 1, I get page 5 postings.

Anyway, looks like we are at 9 with the 1K league. Is that being cancelled or just the Mathis league?

Mike It won't be cancelled as long as the 9-10 owners that we have want to go forward with a new prize structure. I'd say we pay the top two spots and still get it done. I'd love to get a few more owners and do a 12-team league, but we'll see how it plays out. We'll send an e-mail to those 9 owners by noon tomorrow so that everyone is on the same page. Sound good?

Here's a thought for the $1,000 league, if we got 10 owners we could still pay $6,000 for first and $2,000 for second. Maybe I'd even give a little more for first to help things. Obviously if we can get another team or two we'd plan accordingly, but if you think you like your chances at 10% and can get a six-fold return, it's not a bad league. Just something to think about over the next day for anyone who was thinking about this mid-season league.

Again, we'll finalize tomorrow.

I assume this means no KDS preferences??? It's going to be arandom drawing? Works for me, just want to verify. Will draft order be announced shortly after noon?
