Yes, that's a real name. I talked to Avi on the phone. He seems like a great guy and he's really excited about doing the main event. He was hoping to get into the Super on Sunday but when I told him that was full and I could get him on the phone for the Saturday main event he jumped right in.

Unfortunately we can't do those this weekend. Greg will be gone and I'll be gone Saturday and part of Sunday too. Plus, I'm not sure if all of the charges for those leagues have gone through. But I think we should be able to pick the draft spots for those on Tuesday when Greg returns. Greg will make the final call on that but I think that could be possible.

Vegas adds another one to the list this morning, bringing us to 378 teams in the Main Event. Let's get the push to 390 back on track and see if we can sell this event out soon. The sooner we sell out, the sooner we can pick the draft spots. Can that happen before next Sunday? You tell us.

So, is the KDS deadline still Tuesday? Is there still any possibility of drawing slots on Friday or has that ship sailed?

I'm guessing that this weekend is going to be many competitors' last chance to spend a good amount of time on their prep work.

If we announce the draft spots on Sunday morning, that will give you six days to prepare. If we announce them sooner, that's more than six days. So the worst you'll have is a full week to prepare.
