He will be called up between June 1st- 15th. The Royals will have to start the major league evaluation process this season with Moustakas.

After the Alex Gordon debacle, I expect the Royals to be patient with Moustakas. I haven't looked at it too closely, but I know he struggled against southpaws last yr and his OBP after his promotion to AAA was poor. There is no reason to rush him. I wouldn't be shocked if they try to keep him down all yr. With that said, if he tears up AAA like he did AA last season, they may have no choice but to call him up.
