Update For Arizona Fall League Participants

Okay, we now have the link for the AFL Slow Drafts that we started at Ron Shandler's Arizona Fall League Symposium. We have 45 owners who drafted with us out there and I need all 45 to get registered for this contest. Just go to any Sign Up Now link or the Signup link on your MY TEAMS page and under Games pull down to Arizona Fall League Private. Cost should be $0. We need all 45 owners registered and in the system before we can set up the leagues and then enter the first 22 rounds of each contest.
Once we have rosters entered, we'll get everyone set up and the draft room will open the morning that we start these. As I told Ron this morning, it might make sense for us to plan on starting this on Monday, Jan. 16th just to be sure. So get signed up and if everyone does that we'll be drafting in a week.
Thanks all and contact me at
[email protected] if you have any questions. If you didn't participate in this league, please don't sign up for it. This is just for those 45 owners who drafted in Phoenix in November.
Now, can you remember who you drafted?

28 rounds to go and we'll play these leagues out on our NFBC game site. Remember, Ron is providing free AFL entries to each of the three league champs and an all-expenses paid trip to the team with the highest league score. Should be fun. Thanks all.

Just an update: Yes, we are asking for a credit card to secure this registration, but we aren't charging anything. You can rest assured of that. But the Registration page is set up for some dollar amount and this is just the way we'll have to do it. Hopefully everyone will understand.
We do not have a pulldown for Arizona residents because our pay contest doesn't allow it. We are not paying off any cash prizes for this free contest, but if you still have trouble signing up contact me at
[email protected] and I'll help you out. Thanks.

We are just missing 4 people from our Arizona Fall League Symposium NFBC drafts and then we can start entering the rosters. Of course, they are each in separate leagues, so we can't get any rosters in yet. If you know any of these guys, let them know we need them to sign up online:
Hector Rivera
Ellis Hart
Greg Fretz
Andy Smith
Thanks. If we get these owners signed up, we could be drafting by Monday.

What's happening with this? Did you get the missing emails? Any idea on when we'll get started?

League #1 looks like all fifteen owners registered and rosters populated.
Should be Ready to Roll!

The plan right now is to resume these leagues as Slow Drafts on Monday. All of the rosters for all three leagues have been loaded so now we just need to finalize a few things before we start them back up online.

Great job Tom getting the rosters loaded. Now we'll give everyone a week to remember their rosters and check out the free agent list in their leagues. We have three new owners who haven't even seen their teams yet, so let's give them a few days to get up to speed. Everyone enjoy and be ready to draft on Monday. We'll roll through these last 28 rounds in two weeks and then be ready to compete. Should be fun. Good luck all and we'll see three of you for sure at the AFL Symposium next November.

An FYI that free agents are not listed for these leagues right now. That's one of the things that's being finalized before we turn these into slow drafts. I'll send out an email when everything is up and running.

OK, these leagues are scheduled to resume as Slow Drafts on Monday at 5 pm EST. All of the rosters are loaded and can be found on the Roster Grid on your team page. Please check that over to make sure there are no incorrect players listed on your team. If you see a mistake, contact me at
[email protected] and we'll get it fixed. Thanks everyone.

Just a remember to everyone in this league that we are starting Round 23 at 5 pm ET on Monday. Good luck all.
I apologize for the hundreds of emails you just received, but we entered all of the Slow Draft picks through Round 22 and turned it on today. We didn't disable the email send before doing that and thus you just received every pick via email. Sorry. Next time we do it this way we'll disable that before resuming the draft. Again, sorry. We didn't want to email every previous pick, but now you have them.

Good luck the rest of the way everyone and thanks.
