Final Four Saturday Viewing Party In Las Vegas

Okay, some of the best ideas come for you folks, the NFBC players. I'm very good at stealing good ideas and implementing them, but you folks come up with the ideas!!
Hell, that's where we got KDS, Third Round Reversal, Corona's during Draft Time, etc.
Now we have a suggestion for another good idea from Ken Magner: A Saturday Night NCAA Final Four Viewing Party at the Bellagio. This would happen after the Main Event at the Bellagio and be separate from everything else. It would be its own event and we'd offer food and beverage plus both games in a setting where NFBC members would be present and the draft boards would still be standing. At the same time in separate rooms, we'd be hosting NFBC Super and NFBC XII drafts with TVs for them.
Now, before we take any signups for this or plan accordingly, I need to see if we can even do this at the Bellagio. I have a call into my contacts there to see about space and a big screen TV and to get some cost estimates. Nothing is free at the Bellagio and Saturday nights are usually pretty full there with wedding receptions and other banquets, but I've made the request and I'll get some price quotes. But I'm sure we could do this at an Events Fee level price (estimate) and still have a good time together with food, drink camaraderie and two great games. I know that we'd still have to use the sportsbook for wagering because they can't do that in a private setting, but all else sounds great.
Again, let me see if this can be done first and then we'll figure out if we can do it and if demand is there for something like this. I know a lot of folks go out on that Saturday night, but with this being the Final Four weekend and two great games taking place between 3:30 pm PT and 9 pm PT, this could be a rare opportunity to keep our NFBC brethren together in a fun, fun setting. And who knows, if MLB keeps this schedule going forward this could be our signature gathering event.
Okay, so let me get the specifics ironed out and quotes from the Bellagio, but if this is something you'd like to see for 2012 just let me know here. With enough momentum, we'll figure out a plan. And we can adjust the plan once we get the estimates from the Bellagio. Thanks all and thanks Sack for a great idea.
