Sure, no problem Mike.
Once a league is full, we set a deadline for owners to set their preferences. When that is done we take those 15 names, put them into software at
www.random.org/lists and shuffle them up 5 times. The random draft order is then set for that league. Let's call this one NFBC League 100 and look at the random draft order and the 15 preferences set by each owner, okay? I made this up, but this is how it works:
NFBC League 100 Random Order
Greg Ambrosius: 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4
Tom Kessenich: 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4, 5
John Smith: 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4
John Doe: 10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4, 5,6,7,8,9
Brett Favre: 15,1,2,3,4, 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14
Aaron Rodgers: 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,1,2,3,4
Greg Jennings: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15
Clay Matthews: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15

Okay, let's just look at these and then you can see the concept. We'd continue this way for all 15 owners:

Okay, I didn't do all 15 teams so that you can see how this works. We look at the KDS preferences for the teams picked first randomly and take their highest preference and "seed" them in that spot. As you can see here, some people got their first preference and some people got their 2nd or 3rd or whatever was still available. We keep doing that all the way down until there is one owner left and one spot left. But at each turn, we give the highest preference for that owner.
Let me know if this helps. Set your preferences like I have above and remember to put your highest preferred draft spots at the top and the ones you don't want at the bottom. Hopefully you'll get a draft spot you've been waiting for.
