Sheets went at 4-8 which I thought was very good value when I drafted him

Great draft guys I really enjoyed it. Look forward to playing this league out for the 500 nfbc clams on the line.

Perry I liked your draft I thought you had some good fortune in who slid to you a couple of times. That good fortion is for nothing if you do not take advantage of it- you did well done.
I had more luck in the middle rounds than usual myself.

i think it's safe to say that my team made out the best, except for the one time i couldn't make a selection (hermanson).

A few thoughts of last evening's draft.
1, Speed goes very quickly. Unlike a good wine, speed went far before its time.
2. Closers were not distributed too evenly.
One team has four closers
Four teams have three closers
Six teams have two closers
Two teams have two closers
Two teams have no closers
My guess is that six of the drafted closers will not be their team's closer come the main event's draft and then two of those guys will be changed by April 10th.
3. From what I can tell after a quick glance at the downloaded rosters, one team is using a modified closer/middle man strategy. They have some starters but not enough to be competitive in wins and Ks. My advice is that if you want to do an oddball strategy, go all the way or not at all. It's not like you can realistically change strategies after the draft.

Your call on anything up to a free NFBC entry next year. My team vs. yours.

Gordon, i love the trash talk, but always an excuse not to put up or shut up! take UFS on...
Anyway,
Personally when i looked at draft i was a bit surprised on where tejada and soriano fell to, though i understand the soriano the concerns around ballpark. Also was surprised to see Sheff fall as well. Speed did go fast, perhaps too fast imho.
Is Grady sizemore this year's Corey Patterson? we will all see....

i'm not the only person who didn't select their sleepers. for someone like you, it wouldn't matter. no one is paying attention to who you draft.

Srebro is the Freddie Mitchell of fantasy baseball talks a lot but never performs and always does even worse when the pressure is on.
