WE WANT YOU Pictured With The $100,000 NFBC Check

Tom and I are in Chicago this week finalizing a lot of things related to the NFBC live drafts this month along with everything NFFC related. It's been a great couple of days of meetings, idea sharing, contract finalizing, IT updates and more. I'm VERY HAPPY with the progress of everything NFBC/NFFC related and the additions to our web site just continues to make our game site stronger and stronger with each passing year. These enhancements are there to stay and easily transferrable to our NFFC site.
But enough of that. We had one cool meeting with the marketing team led by Nick Stamm that I wanted to share with all of you. We really want all of you on Draft Day to think about not only winning your league title but the NFBC grand prize in all of our national contests. We want you to walk into that draft room confident, ready and prepared to win the top prizes. We even want to give you a feel of what holding that big check like Lindy is doing on our NFBC home page feels like.
So we've created three big NFBC checks that we're bringing to each of the various cities and we're going to hire a photographer in each city to have you pose holding the big NFBC check. It will be a fun way to get every owner pictured and in our data base and it will create a fun page that we'll post on our NFBC web site. For once, maybe everyone will be able to put a face to a name when we post all of these. So plan on smiling like you've just won $100,000 when you check in this year because we're posing you with the winning check!!
How cool is that?
Secondly, once any of our live drafters wins the $100,000 grand prize or $50,000 grand prize in the NFBC XII or Online Championship, or even the $15,000 grand prize in the NFBC Auction Championship, we'll have that picture of you and get that right out to the wire services and industry sites after the season concludes. We won't have to wait a month to send the check to you and get you to take a picture with it. We'll have it on file and ready to go the day after the season.
And don't worry about the amounts on that check. The beauty of photo-shop allows us to take care of that part later on the check. Consider this a blank check that you'll be able to fill in the numbers at the end of the season!!
It doesn't get any better than that: Us handing you a blank check and you filling in the amount with your baseball skills.
So look for that at our live drafts. And if an Online drafter wins the overall and we need to send these out to you anyway to get your photo, such is life. It's still going to be fun to be prepared ahead of time and like I said we'll create a fun page on the web site with all of these photos so that everyone can put a name to a face.

We never charged for a photo with Rich, they were free. And despite being a bad drafter, he was a great guy. But to answer your question, no, these photos are free and even you will enjoy seeing how all of the guys look, smiling as they hold an NFBC check before heading into the Draft room. We'll post them all on our site in April and it will be a fun page. Again, now even you will be able to put a face with a name from NFBC owners from across the country. Should be fun.
