Brady Tinker To Be Auctioneer In Las Vegas

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Sat Mar 10, 2012 11:19 am

I'm happy to report that my good friend Brady Tinker will be back with us as an auctioneer and facilitator in Las Vegas on the Second Weekend. Brady, who I first met in 1997 when we co-hosted the Fantasy Football Weekly show on Primetime Network (1 year later was Fox SportsNet), has been with the NFBC and NFFC every year in Las Vegas since 2004. He's become a requested auctioneer and I'm glad he's joining us again at the Bellagio.

Brady will be the auctioneer for the $1,300 NL and $1,300 AL Auction Leagues on Friday, March 30th and again on Sunday for the Ultimate Auction League. He will facilitate in the Main Event again. If you're in any of those auctions, come prepared because we move them along pretty good!! :D

It's not that I'm trying to highlight Brady over any of our other crew members across the cities because my man Rex and Jack do a great job as well in New York and we have great auctioneers in Chicago and New York, too. But this was my subtle way of also letting you know that Brady will have a historic birthday on the 31st while we're in Las Vegas and everyone should be prepared to make sure he remembers it well and has a nice, big headache on Sunday morning!! He probably will be mad that I'm letting the world know that he's having a milestone birthday on the 31st, but we're going to have some fun with it. Buying him a birthday drink is accepted!! Wish him Happy Birthday when you see him.

This is the first time we've ever had our NFBC drafts this late into March, so I guess I never realized this was his birth date. But we'll have a blast celebrating it with him during the Final Four games. CAN'T WAIT!!

Does this mean his Gustafson entourage will be making the trip? Can't have a Brady
Run League without Jan and Claire helping! God help Greg if he
assigns the girls to
Any other league but Brady's League.

I haven't heard from the girls since August. They've been at every NFBC event since 2004 as well. Not sure what's up there.

I wonder if Tim Tebow had them locked up.
