NFBC Message Boards

Okay, this is the actual countdown to the end of the Main Event signups. We had a sellout at 390 teams and knew that if we got to 420 teams we could have perfect 15-team configurations in all four Second Weekend locations. That's what we're going for now. We have:

90 teams in Las Vegas (6 full leagues)
75 teams in New York (5 full leagues)
30 teams in Chicago (2 full leagues)
70 teams Online (5 spots left)

We're going for 6 teams Online to fill up all 420 spots. Overall prizes will increase thanks to these last 30 teams. We have folks inquiring about these final spots, so I'm not worried. But first-come, first-served and we'll announce draft spots next Friday morning for the Second Weekend Main Events.

It's been a FANTASTIC season and definitely a historic season for the NFBC. The good news is that we envision even better seasons ahead as we work on promotional deals that will give the NFBC more visibility in the future. We're going to enjoy this season and continue to push the envelope for future seasons. Thanks for taking us this far and let's sell out all of the remaining spots we have in this contest.

THE NFBC MAIN EVENT IS SOLD OUT AT 420 TEAMS!!!

We reached 420 teams earlier this afternoon and now I'm just making sure that we can make this work perfectly in all of the cities. I think we have it figured out. Look for the final Second Weekend teams to be announced shortly, but we are sold out. We will now take the Main Event off the Registration page and do our best to sell more NFBC XII leagues. Thanks everyone for signing up early this year and it's great to be sold out for AN 8TH STRAIGHT SEASON!! AMAZING.
