Attention All Online Drafters Tonight

Tonight will be the busiest night we've ever had online in the NFBC, so I'm looking for some help from the 250+ drafters we have lined up for these leagues. Please be courteous tonight and show up on time, if not a bit early!! With so many drafts going on at once and Tom, myself and the STATS staff monitoring all of them the last thing we need is chasing down a few late owners. Please do us a big favor by showing up 5 minutes early and allowing us to concentrate on the drafts that are going on. Starting all of these on time would be a big relief to all of us.

Let's also be smart with all of our picks tonight if possible. I know things happen when you make picks sometimes, but do your best to avoid mistakes. We're there if something happens, so no worries. But let's all be vigilant tonight about our picks, let's pick in a timely fashion and let's have fun.

Should anything happen tonight, please do the following:
1) Hit the HELP button at the bottom of your draft page. Once you do that all of us monitoring drafts tonight will see it. Please JUST HIT IT ONCE!!! Each time you hit it you open a new window and we have to close each of those before solving the problem. You don't need to hit it 4 times for us to hear the sound effects. They come across just as loudly the first time. So hit it once and someone will be there to stop the draft.

2) If something isn't resolved, call the number provided by either me, Tom or another STATS staffer. But hit the Help button first, type in the Chat who you meant to take and we'll roll back the draft.

We can't make your picks for you, we can only roll back the draft to the spot in question. So everyone be ready to make your pick again if we have to roll back the picks. If we all work together, we'll get through these 20 drafts tonight very easily. This will be a fun way to close out the drafting season -- a record season for the NFBC -- so let's do it up right. I'm drafting tonight - so I can only say that aside from showing up on time the most important thing for drafters to remember to do is TRACK YOUR OWN PICKS! I was in a draft earlier this season where a rollback occurred and there was a glitch which rolled the draft further back than needed. It was shocking how few of the people in the draft room remembered who they picked and/or when. It forced Tom to uncover who everyone picked, when if people had tracked their own drafts we could have whipped through those picks again easily. Just do it!
