Who are these guys?

Post by Money » Mon Apr 16, 2012 2:55 pm

I have the worst hitting teams so far in the history of this game. I know it's a small sample but its hard to watch going 4/44 night in and night out. Here's a few of my winners.

M. Cabrera .250 Not worried here.
Arencibia .071
Hundley .043 Great combo these two are.
Phillips .250 with 2 runs and nothing else
Andrus .194 No steals, really?
Stanton .229 No homers, really, really?
Maybin .175
Soto .138
Bay .185
Kipnis .188
Reynolds .160 Not surprising
Raburn .084 One of my Tigers
Napoli .125 Hit is first HR yesterday
Aramis .114

I'm sure everyone has their list. I have some nice pitching, but nothing can overcome these type of numbers. Time for some serious regression to the mean!! :D

Stanton .229 No homers, really, really?

Note: never draft a guy who changed his name in the offseason.

Goes to plant on that knee, and it buckles even in the slightest....there goes his home run swing.

People are joking about it, but due to the fact he could miss time, wouldn't surprise me if Infante hits more HR's!!

And I have A. De Aza with as many homers as Dunn (yes, I bought into him again), Teixeira and Bautista COMBINED!

Omar Infante has 4 more home runs than the following dozen sluggers combined:

Pujols, J Upton, Cano, Texeira, Uggla, McCutcheon, Stanton, Werth, Choo, Zimmerman, Reynolds, and CarGo

Don't beat yourself up if your projections model didn't pick up on this power shift; however, I think you should know that the Mayans predicted this.

You might want to get in your vacation before December. Just sayin'.
I feel like I'm the Jerry Quarry of the NFBC.

It's 2 weeks. If all of those stats happened June 1st to June 15th, you wouldn't even have noticed.

Jon Lester blows and is a #2 at best, sucks I drafted him as a #1.
