Scoring error?

I have Jeter on three of my four teams and was thrilled with his 9th inning HR to go 3-for-5 with 2 runs, 1 HR and 1 RBI. When I checked live scoring (several times), Jeter's last AB is not reflected. There may be other errors. I assume the stats get verified and corrected if inaccurate, but I am new to NFBC this year. How does this usually work? Do I need to stay on top of this, or can I rest easy that all stats are 100 percent accurate at the end of the day? Thanks.

live scoring isn't the official stats

all official stat updates are done in the early morning hours

There are definitely some inconsistencies in the way the live scoring has been populating stats. I am having an issue now with Jake Peavy's win not populating in live scoring, and Lord knows I need every win I can muster at this point. There have been other glitchy issues with live scoring over the past week, but all of those stats have appeared fine when overnight stars are run. Live scoring needs to be accurate, reliable and close to real time. Hopefully these early glitches as being tended to and are just early season rough spots. Live scoring was awesome last year, so I have confidence this can be fixed. He k if Yahoo can get it to work, I'm thinking STATs can also .

Keep in mind the live scoring can only be as good as the data feed used to populate it. As superhuman as Greg and Tom are, there is nothing they can do about an inaccurate data feed.

That said, also keep in mind that it is still early in the season and there very well may new stringers working these games and they may not be up to speed yet. The season may be a couple of weeks old, but some teams have only played a handful of home games and some clubs have multiple stringers working, so some may only have a game or two under their belt.

To reiterate what was already said, the live data feed and the feed used to officially construct the standings are separate. The official one goes through several layers of checks and balances.
