Big news out of Met camp.... Mike Pelfrey, after a good start to the season, has an elbow injury and possible ligament tear.
Not to wish injury on anyone... but, in the nicest way, as a Mets fan... I must say that, arm injury news is not always bad news.

I went to the Mets - Astros game with my dad on March 18th in Kissimmee and big Pelf started. After watching him labor for almost 3 innings (Pelfrey allowed eight runs, eight hits and four walks in 2 2-3) I said to a Mets fan sitting next to me and my dad in the other seat, Pelfrey has a hurt arm. Rarely have I seen a ML pitcher throw so distinctly across his body like he was doing the whole time. Its a shame, becuase he's a nice guy and a horse when healthy. I hope he comes back 100%.

I only say this, as a Mets fan who wants to see one of their young "studs" up this year from the minors. I mean no dissrespect to Mr. Pelfrey.
